The project to develop remote reaction initiation technology is the most complex among all special research group projects, as it must ensure a technological breakthrough and simultaneously serve as a foundation for all subsequent projects.

The importance of remote reaction initiation technology lies in the development process producing key discoveries demonstrating to society the existence of electromagnetic field stimulation capable of initiating single reactions, which will alter society’s perception of the supposed impossibility of such stimulation and lead to re-evaluation of environmental processes.

Additionally, this development project will demonstrate to covert special services society's readiness for high-level self-organization aimed at shifting the development vector (without prior environmental preparation via political segments and other third-level processes). If society can organize and develop remote reaction initiation technology, it means subsequent projects can also be implemented (therefore covert special services, to direct the process, will increasingly facilitate implementation of our other projects).

To implement this project together, we will:

1. Raise $1,000,000;

2. Publish a detailed project description for independent teams (provided by the special research group);

3. Publicly announce a $1,000,000 reward for the breakthrough project realization developing electromagnetic field stimulation technology of living objects for remote single reaction initiation (the announcement alone will attract public attention);

4. Provide independent teams access to the comprehensive model describing the stimulation mechanism (and others) enabling precise development direction (access provided by the special research group);

5. Provide system analysts to thoroughly answer independent teams’ questions facilitating faster and more accurate development adjustment (analysts provided by the special research group);

6. Organize and conduct a 3-year competition among independent teams, ensuring dissemination of event materials in mass media, gradually shaping societal thinking;

7. Evaluate and select the winner based on a clear demonstration by independent teams of reproducible electromagnetic field stimulation of living objects initiating single reactions;

8. Host an award ceremony with media representatives to ceremoniously award $1,000,000 to the winning team, further fostering societal mindset formation.

Together — the special research group, funding participants, and independent teams — by implementing the remote reaction initiation technology project will gradually shape societal mentality, advancing toward realizing subsequent projects and steadily shifting the development vector toward humanity’s emergence as a multi-planetary civilization.

Independent team requirements for this project’s implementation will be published within a month after raising and locking $1,000,000 in a multi-signature account until awarding (independent team participants must see the reward amount and be confident it will be granted upon successful realization).
