The Governance Resolution and accompanying documents have been adopted via Qualified Voting. This legal framework provides the Association with the flexibility to engage with traditional legal and financial systems on an international scale.
Association members may now appoint Authorized Representatives to oversee general and specialized processes. This includes the involvement of third-party experts and organizations, ensuring more streamlined and robust operations.
Given that the adoption of this Resolution is a unique, one-time procedure, it was conducted with the participation of the legal architects and researchers behind the Association. This approach ensured a balanced collective decision and the legal legitimacy of the initial enactment.
As the community grows, governance influence will be equitably distributed between founders and new members, allowing for collective amendments to the Resolution and other foundational documents.
