Current state of the environment

The “Current state of the environment” limits transition to the “Required future state of the environment: new epoch” but enables transition to the “Required future state of the environment: expansion of capabilities of the impact system and closed special services”:

— Closed impact system exists.

— Behavior of living objects is structured.

— Environment processes are directed.

— First and second level processes are hidden.

— Third level processes form for living objects:

— Required body, experience, thinking, reflexes.

— Involvement and retention in (insignificant) processes.

— Denial of possibility to live differently.

— Denial of external systemic impact.

— Closed impact system expands capabilities (its own and of closed special services).

New processes

To transition from the “Current state of the environment” to the “Required future state of the environment: new epoch,” the following processes must be created and developed:

Future concept: create a key part of the concept for building the new epoch and attract society for joint development.

Strategic fund: create a key part of the strategic financing fund for the new epoch, attract the initiative part of society for fund management to collect and direct resources for implementation of special projects.

Scientific prize: create a key part of the scientific prize and involve members of the strategic financing fund to manage the shift of society’s development vector toward the new epoch (including attracting teams, verifying required results, organizing awards).

New education: achievement of required results will adjust current education to form living objects of the new epoch (additionally: based on achievement of required results, create a special training program and implement it in educational institutions).

Open impact system: managed by living objects, directing environmental processes toward the new epoch faster and more accurately (achievement of required results will enable this).

Organization involvement: the open impact system will involve non-commercial and commercial organizations in processes, expanding transition capabilities to the new epoch.

Process optimization: involvement will guide non-commercial and commercial organizations in structuring processes, expanding capabilities for space exploration and mastery of the universe.

Creation and development of processes produce series of event combinations that sustain dynamics of change over long periods:
