Problem

Starting a new epoch is easier than it seems.

The problem is not what can subsequently be solved with the open impact system — the major problem is the existence of the closed impact system.

Problem: the existence of an impact system operating in a closed mode, covertly encoding living objects and preventing society from independently managing environment processes.

Although straightforwardly formulated, due to its nature, the problem is perceived as nonexistent. This is because obstacles exist on the path to revealing information about the closed impact system and reorienting it to open mode. The good news is there are only three such obstacles.

Key obstacles:

First obstacle: people cannot verify this information, as they are not employees of covert special services nor specially trained; moreover, third-level processes are structured so no one can understand what is happening, making people incapable of acting independently — only continuing to support third-level processes.

Second obstacle: people are unaware of the impact system and its operating principles; thus, the impact system uses protracted and obscure scenarios to form required behavior algorithms, reducing its efficiency by 120–130 times. Consequently, all processes are longer and accompanied by numerous violations, crimes, illnesses, deaths, and other side effects, complicating revelation of the closed impact system information.

Third obstacle: covert special service employees insufficiently contribute to disclosing information about the closed impact system and its reorientation toward building new and adjusting existing processes for becoming a multiplanetary civilization society. If society strives for a new life model, these employees can more effectively facilitate impact system reorientation, accelerating becoming a multiplanetary civilization.

Note that without changes, people will continue expanding the impact system’s possibilities — even to their own and their relatives’ detriment. The world will still be governably but slowly evolving, granting covert special service employees and the impact system increasing influence opportunities over people.
