Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_7 et_pb_row et_flex_row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_7 et_pb_column et-last-child et_flex_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough et_flex_column_18_24 et_flex_column_18_24_tablet et_flex_column_24_24_phone et_flex_column_18_24_tabletWide\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_9 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>3.1. <strong>Rights Transfer<\/strong>: The Service Provider hereby irrevocably transfers to the Client all rights, title, and interest in Intellectual Property (hereinafter \"IP\"), including but not limited to copyrights, patents, know-how, and source code, created in the course of providing services under this Agreement (hereinafter the \"Work Results\").<\/p>\n<p>3.2. <strong>Full Transfer<\/strong>: IP shall be deemed fully transferred to the Client upon receipt by the Service Provider of the final payment.<\/p>\n<p>3.3. <strong>Public Domain<\/strong> (optional): The Client reserves the right, at its discretion (via On-Chain Voting), to decide on immediate transfer of the Work Results to the Public Domain. Liability and Termination<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_9 et_pb_row et_flex_row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_9 et_pb_column et-last-child et_flex_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough et_flex_column_18_24 et_flex_column_18_24_tablet et_flex_column_24_24_phone et_flex_column_18_24_tabletWide\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_11 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>4.1. <strong>Disclaimer of Warranties<\/strong>: The Service Provider acknowledges that the Client (the Association) is a decentralized autonomous association, and its liability is limited exclusively to the funds controlled by the Association\u2019s smart contracts and does not extend to personal assets of the Representative or Association members.<\/p>\n<p>4.2. <strong>Tax Indemnity<\/strong>: The Service Provider agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Association, its Representatives, and members from any claims, penalties, fines, and legal costs arising from the Service Provider\u2019s failure to comply with tax or social legislation in its jurisdiction.<\/p>\n<p>4.3. <strong>Termination<\/strong>: The Agreement may be terminated:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">4.3.1. By mutual agreement of the Parties.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">4.3.2.
