Lex Cryptographica (protocol code) is applied subsidiarily.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_4 et_pb_row et_flex_row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_4 et_pb_column et-last-child et_flex_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough et_flex_column_24_24 et_flex_column_24_24_tablet et_flex_column_24_24_phone et_flex_column_24_24_tabletWide\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_6 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2>2. Appointment and Identification<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_5 et_pb_row et_flex_row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_5 et_pb_column et-last-child et_flex_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough et_flex_column_18_24 et_flex_column_18_24_tablet et_flex_column_24_24_phone et_flex_column_18_24_tabletWide\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_7 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>2.1. <strong>Appointment<\/strong>: Hereby, the Association appoints the holder of the cryptographic address [CRYPTOGRAPHIC WALLET ADDRESS] as a Representative of the Association.<\/p>\n<p>2.2. <strong>Mandate<\/strong>: The Representative is appointed to execute selectively activated powers from the Mandate.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_6 et_pb_row et_flex_row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_6 et_pb_column et-last-child et_flex_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough et_flex_column_24_24 et_flex_column_24_24_tablet et_flex_column_24_24_phone et_flex_column_24_24_tabletWide\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_8 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2>3. Activation and Limitation of Authorities<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_7 et_pb_row et_flex_row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_7 et_pb_column et-last-child et_flex_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough et_flex_column_18_24 et_flex_column_18_24_tablet et_flex_column_24_24_phone et_flex_column_18_24_tabletWide\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_9 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>3.1. <strong>Activated Authorities<\/strong>: The Representative is authorized to act exclusively within the following sections of the Mandate:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>[SPECIFY AUTHORITIES, e.g., \u201c2.1.1.1. Administrative Support,\u201d and if necessary, SUPPLEMENT OR SPECIFY FURTHER, e.g., \u201cconcluding Service Agreements for domain name acquisition and Service Agreements for acquiring and maintaining a dedicated server for the website\u201d].<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3.2. <strong>Financial Limitations<\/strong>: The authorities are supported by a budget of [SPECIFY AMOUNT IN FT TOKENS, USD EQUIVALENTS, OR OTHER CURRENCY], allocated from the [SPECIFY FUND NAME] to cover reasonable and necessary expenses incurred within the scope of the Mandate authorities. This limitation applies to all transactions initiated by the Representative, regardless of funding source. Fund allocation is formalized by an on-chain transaction.<\/p>\n<p>3.3. <strong>Term<\/strong>: The Representative\u2019s authorities are granted for a term of [SPECIFY TERM, e.g., 3 months] from the effective date of this Act and automatically terminate upon expiration or upon reaching the Financial Limitation, whichever occurs first.<\/p>\n<p>3.4. <strong>Tax Compliance<\/strong>: The Representative confirms awareness of and agreement with the Tax Compliance Policy terms, assumes exclusive responsibility for tax declaration and payment, and indemnifies the Association from secondary tax liability.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_8 et_pb_row et_flex_row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_8 et_pb_column et-last-child et_flex_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough et_flex_column_24_24 et_flex_column_24_24_tablet et_flex_column_24_24_phone et_flex_column_24_24_tabletWide\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_10 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2>4. Termination of Authorities<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_9 et_pb_row et_flex_row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_9 et_pb_column et-last-child et_flex_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough et_flex_column_18_24 et_flex_column_18_24_tablet et_flex_column_24_24_phone et_flex_column_18_24_tabletWide\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_11 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>4.1. <strong>Termination<\/strong>: The Representative\u2019s authorities terminate upon any of the following events:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">4.1.1. Expiration of the term specified in clause 3.3 of this Act.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">4.1.2. Decision of the Association on termination of the Representative\u2019s authorities adopted via successful on-chain voting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">4.1.3. Notification of voluntary resignation of authorities by the Representative delivered to the Association by on-chain transaction.<\/p>\n<p>4.2. <strong>Exceptions<\/strong>: Termination of the Representative\u2019s authorities under this Act does not affect their entitlement to indemnity for acts performed prior to termination date, provided such acts are not excluded under the Indemnity Agreement.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_10 et_pb_row et_flex_row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_10 et_pb_column et-last-child et_flex_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough et_flex_column_24_24 et_flex_column_24_24_tablet et_flex_column_24_24_phone et_flex_column_24_24_tabletWide\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_12 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2>5.
