Proposal<\/strong>: to propose a special project, a governance member must have 10,000 governance tokens on account.<\/p>\n

Participation<\/strong>: 1 governance token is sufficient to participate in special project voting.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

    Participation<\/strong>: 1 trusted address is required to participate in the pre-qualification and qualified confirmation of technical proposals.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
