Introduction
Many believe that:
- Secrets do not exist;
- Anyone can become rich;
- The Internet unites people;
- Smartphones were made for communication;
- Front cameras are for selfies;
- Artificial intelligence is for convenience;
- Education provides accurate knowledge;
- Politicians know what they are doing;
- Countries are governed by presidents;
- Wars are fought for resources and influence;
- Special services have fallen behind;
- And so on.
But these are mistakes.
Such mistakes are embedded in people by the impact system to create a distorted perception of processes — and consequently, erroneous thinking.
For example, you might currently understand “thinking” as something you once read or heard somewhere. Usually, people think of it as "acquiring and retaining knowledge" or "the ability to reason." But this is a mistake because this description of thinking was formulated before its mechanism could be identified and precisely defined. Therefore, now — you understand the concept of “thinking” with distortion — that is, with error.
In the modern world, the mechanism of thinking has been identified, modeled, and has a precise technical definition:
“Thinking is the regularity of a living object (human) singling out an irritant, switching between irritants, and amplifying the irritant to a stimulus”.
Moreover, the irritant can be external (object, reaction, data) or internal (thought, emotion, sensation).
You might think that the definition of thinking should include words like “analysis”, “synthesis”, “abstraction”, “generalization”, and others. But no, because those are behavior algorithms, which thinking cannot perform in a single cognitive operation (but enables).
Therefore:
“Erroneous thinking is the regularity of a living object singling out an irritant, switching between irritants, and amplifying the irritant to a stimulus, producing inaccurate results”.
Similarly precise definitions exist for concepts such as: “environment”, “condition”, “irritant”, “living object”, “experience”, “reflexes”, “nonliving object”, “reaction”, “intellect”, “process”, “encoding”, “behavior algorithm”, and everything else.
By precisely knowing each element and its dynamic interaction with other elements, you can precisely model processes and accurately understand what is happening (textual descriptions of all key world processes fit on 50 pages). But if even one element is known inaccurately, it distorts your entire understanding, rendering it erroneous.
Most definitions in the modern world are outdated. And outdated definitions are, in most cases, erroneous. Thus, the probability that almost all people perceive events erroneously is 99.98%.
And this is only one of the technologies applied to control human behavior. Many such technologies exist — they are united into a system and applied to everyone — from ordinary workers to presidents.
Look around…
Absolutely everything has a true meaning unknown to you.
Every object around you is an irritant. Combinations of such irritants influence your reactions. By controlling the combinations of irritants around you, your behavior can be controlled — even in real time.
This principle is used by the impact system, which governs human behavior by constant changing of irritant combinations around each person (both real and virtual).
The impact system changes the irritant combination, changing the pattern of brain electrical activity, which initiates a previously formed behavior algorithm.
In the 1980s, a substantial part of this process was manual, but today everything happens automatically.
If you do not know about the impact system, it is only because its embedding into social infrastructure began more than 5,000 years ago.
For example, Egyptian pyramids were built to create and sustain long-term processes justifying restrictions on the rights and freedoms of ancient Egyptians — workers, masters, soldiers, officials, and many others. As a result, monumental structures appeared that strengthened power and expanded governance possibilities of the state. Over time, the technology evolved — and today, large projects and wars are launched for similar purposes.
For 5,000 years, people have become so accustomed to such processes that they consider them natural. Therefore, no one sees in this the technology of power automation. Meanwhile, states have accumulated many such technologies, embedded them into their impact systems, and are now refining them — periodically inventing new ones.
To build impact systems, states use humanity’s most advanced achievements — including electricity, radio, television, cellular communication, internet, satellite navigation, genome editing, and much more. Moreover, all these achievements appeared because of the pursuit of power automation.
If covert special services advancing the impact system did not exist, humanity today would not have beautiful buildings, cozy restaurants, streamlined processes, impressive events, personal computers, smartphones, internet, social networks, artificial intelligence — even selfies.
What you do not understand how it works, believing people create everything on their own, is partly the result of accumulated errors, and partly the result of covert special services’ work.
While you think states lack technology, you watch bright events on a technological TV, use a technological smartphone, play with technological consoles, have technological communication with billions worldwide, use technological satellite navigation, evaluate content by technological means, and much more. And all this is developed and produced by companies directed by special services — especially covert special services.
No commercial company worldwide motivated by financial gain could develop the internet, let alone the complex infrastructure of laying backbone networks on the ocean floor. All groundwork was prepared, coordinated, and implemented by special services. They also created the market so further internet development would be realized by ordinary commercial organizations, motivated by financial gain.
But since you don’t know how covert special services operate, you think everything happens naturally — just as you think the idea of building the first pyramid appeared naturally, rather than as a result of working out management opportunities for a growing population.
Remember, special services are the most technological organizations. For over 5,000 years, they have used combinations of impact technologies, influencing processes and gradually increasing their impact possibilities.
Besides impact technologies, special services accumulated confidentiality technologies that make the impact system invisible while keeping it in plain sight. Confidentiality technologies through education, management, and encoding distribute information among organizations, people, and materials. This suffices for every person to perceive the impact system as part of the environment, built by people through natural — not directed — processes.
For example, if you build an education system that forms precise knowledge, people will start seeing elements of the impact system in social infrastructure. This will alter their behavior algorithms and reduce the impact system’s possibilities. To prevent this, key covert special service officers undergo special training increasing their precision to the level needed to fulfill required tasks. This training lets them foresee errors and use more accurate behavior algorithms. At the same time, the impact system doesn't narrow its possibilities by making all people equally precise (since it could not manipulate then), but expands them — singling out a small segment for more precise impact. Therefore, an education system forming precise knowledge will never appear.
Existing education creates people unable to solve tasks maximally efficiently but able to solve tasks under maximal obedience: to rules, managers, colleagues, partners, and so on — following regimes, executing instructions, considering opinions, trying to please, reporting, etc. For this reason, educational programs that students undergo in various institutions often do not enable independent task solving once applied in practice. Nonetheless, such students get jobs.
People continue believing their education provides them accurate knowledge of the world. Whereas all it enables is serving processes in ways that give the impact system maximum influence possibilities.
Certainly, the superiority condition formed in people will prevent their acceptance of being wrong all along. This is another impact technology that nudges people to defend erroneous knowledge. Because of it, false discussions are maintained, forming erroneous thinking.
Typically, it looks like this — a person speaks, is positively evaluated, and speaks more. Gradually, they move from working with facts to working with feedback in the form of approvals: nodding, agreement, likes, comments, “can I take a photo with you”, and so on.
If evaluators mostly have embedded errors, the overall evaluation of the speaker will also be erroneous. But since positive evaluation leads to a pleasant superiority state, over time the speaker relies only on this feeling. Feeling superiority means “I’m doing right”, feeling no superiority means “I’m wrong”. Thus, the speaker gradually shifts to producing erroneous information, which is then maintained by similarly erroneous positive evaluations.
Professionals could reorient the speaker to produce more accurate information via cross-commenting. But instead, people appear who, listening to the speaker, feel suppressed. This state is disliked by all, so such people, recovering their superiority state, negatively evaluate what they heard and saw.
If they were professionals, they would reorient the speaker. But in almost all cases, negative evaluators are ordinary people with erroneous thinking, giving similarly erroneous but negative evaluations.
Gradually, due to positive and negative evaluators, the speaker adopts the algorithm: “given positive evaluations — I do it”, “given negative evaluations — I do not”. Since all evaluators have erroneous thinking, any speaker’s actions will be erroneous.
Over time, such a speaker stops deep research to understand the required field. Their striving for superiority accelerates physiological microprocesses so much that they cannot spend more than a week preparing their speech.
Thus, without deep research or systematic analysis, people make statements, write articles, record podcasts and videos — full of errors. Then, to maintain superiority, they defend their erroneous opinions, forming erroneous thinking in others.
Embedding errors doesn’t require conspiracy, only conditions letting all people (including fools) express opinions and spread others’. Even if all had only accurate thinking and experience, increasing volume of such statements would lead people to combine them, including erroneously. And as next generations speak, they must use combinations of accurate and erroneous statements of previous generations. To create more accurate statements, they would have to expend more effort, so the probability of accurate statements gradually decreases. Since increased speech volume accelerates physiological microprocesses in people, the probability of accurate statements decreases even faster.
For example, video bloggers often condemn presidents (of any country) for starting wars, spending budgets, or appointing wrong officials. But this is an error — presidents do not make any decisions (except personal ones).
If you study presidents’ powers and calendars, then precisely model decision-making to “start a war”, you’ll find such decision would require over 5 years of daily contemplation. This is due to multiple contradictory information flows processed during communication with other presidents while being on camera. An impulsive presidential decision would threaten officials, military officers, special services leaders, and their families — potentially leading to presidential assassination.
Therefore, each modern state develops a series of decisions using supercomputers solely to transition the environment into the required future state. Presidents only sign documents that visually formalize ready decisions. Thus, every country’s president is merely a symbol of power and a combination of irritants forming people’s impression of serious authority work.
Such processes can last indefinitely, holding many people in place (under control) and forming required views. The impact system massively creates and supports them. If 5,000 years ago these processes were fewer and manually created, today the entire process of producing such processes is fully automated.
The impact system evolved to integrate human management with pleasure reception. Now management feels natural and is liked. Leaving people without such management, they would demand its return.
It’s good humanity reached this. Otherwise, enjoying the process would be less. But as development proceeded on limited territory, impact technologies were perfected merely for their own perfection.
The essence of governance was broken — the goal of reaching beyond current location, other lands, planets, galaxies. Instead, only the variety of impact possibilities on limited territory increased. Continuing this way, humanity might perish before building colonies on habitable planets.
So it’s time for a new epoch — the epoch of an open impact system — with gradual transition to multiplanetary civilization formation and universe mastery.
But first, people must learn how the world really works. This will allow seeing that the current global development vector really needs correction.
