Solution: to create an impact system operating in an open mode, transparently encoding living objects and allowing society to independently manage environment processes.

To realize the solution, a process must be created addressing two key tasks. Gradually, this process will shift society’s development vector toward a multiplanetary civilization life model (the method called “forming process”, developed and used by covert special services).

Key tasks:

1. Revealing information about the closed impact system and its operating principles: helping researchers, scientists, engineers, and programmers build their own models and see a high likelihood of the closed system’s existence.

2. Joint development of a more ecological open impact system: providing society with proof of the closed system and impact technologies’ existence and enabling the creation of the most just open impact system.

Joint open system development is a special open project on systemic design, embedding, and supporting a macroprocess aimed at forming a metasociety with an open impact system to shift the development vector toward humanity’s multiplanetary civilization.

During project implementation, disclosure of the closed impact system and its principles happens simultaneously, solving the two key tasks — “disclosure” and “joint development” — gradually shifting society’s development vector.

Joint development includes four key stages:

Stage 1. Impact system disclosure: revealing closed system information demonstrates humanity’s real technological level and transitions the impact system from closed to open mode, providing hidden possibilities to society.

Stage 2. Funding system building: provides necessary resources for subsequent stages via building superstructures (formation and management systems) and ensures later functioning of a more ecological open impact system.

Stage 3. Formation system building: improves precision in environment process transitions from current to future states in both closed and open systems, enabling targeted required process structuring (the closed system now converts environment via complex intermediate states — their side effects: wars, diseases, poverty).

Stage 4. Management system building: enhances the open impact system’s precision in transitioning environment processes to required future states using a special operating system showing current processes, required future state, and needed actions; allows people to choose a life filled with personally and socially significant actions — adding value and pleasant emotions.

After completing these four stages, humanity will create an open impact system — the first in history called a transformation system — directly transitioning environment processes from current to required future states, governed and controlled by society.

The project is led by a special research group of system analysts and operators who develop, embed, and support macroprocesses shifting society’s development vector toward multiplanetary civilization formation.
