New world
Use an open impact system to
optimize the environment for
mastering the universe.
Since the impact system in the present world is known only to employees of covert special services, it can be considered closed. In the new world, every person should know about the impact system and be able to use it to guide their life, so such an impact system can be considered open.
Using a closed or open impact system is the sole key difference between the present and new worlds. This key distinction will allow every person to influence the future, see their contribution, and receive recognition based on it. Thus, it will become possible to build a world taking into account each individual’s wishes, making people more engaged and satisfied — and the world fairer.
Considering that the impact system directs all processes, even complex phenomena like “beauty”, “love”, and “justice”, as well as simpler ones like the quantity and quality of processes, already have reliable formulas for calculation. This enables building and managing any processes with high precision.
For example, “beauty” is a phenomenon initiating reactions involving dopamine, endorphin, oxytocin, and serotonin, with a specific data capture pattern measured as a percentage ratio of people who perceived the phenomenon and those whose reactions were initiated. If viewing one beautiful woman initiates such reactions in 87% of specific people, but another only 31% of the same people, the impact system rates the first as 56% more beautiful. “Love” develops from “beauty” with added fear of losing the object, initiating the same neurotransmitters plus adrenaline, with a defined data capture pattern and reaction strength measured from 0% to 100%. “Beauty” and “love” arise relative to living and nonliving objects, their reactions, and various combinations. The impact system can precisely evaluate any phenomenon — even a clump of dirt.
All social processes evolve toward the strongest reactions. This means that when choosing between a boring and interesting activity, people choose the latter in 98% of cases. Therefore, all new processes must be structured so that people find them more interesting than old processes.
It is necessary to involve as many people as possible in creating, developing, servicing new and adjusting existing processes, since, on one hand, interest depends on the maximum number of people involved, and on the other, the more involved, the more precise results balancing value and interest can be produced.
The impact system can already select any scenario for any person so it contributes to the overall goal without interfering with others. But while the impact system remains closed, this is impossible to implement.
An open impact system will function as the current closed one but with a revolutionary difference — adding a visual interface superstructure enabling any world to be built.
The general working principle of an open impact system (highly simplified):
1. The observation system collects and stores data on living and nonliving objects.
2. The modeling system, based on observation data, forms a virtual environment model.
3. The design system evaluates the current environment state via the virtual model, selects the required future environment state, the most suitable trajectory, and designs the transition to the new environment.
4. Planning and programming systems build stimulation programs based on new environment projects.
5. The stimulation system, using the program, softly encodes living and nonliving (electronic) objects to form behavior algorithms that create conditions and processes needed to achieve set goals — gradually leading the environment into the required future state.
6. The rules system, embedded in the visual interface ensuring a unified fundamental process, coordinates the entire open impact system work.
Providing the open impact system with a simple visual interface gives people the ability to see all environment processes divided by geographic zones and segments — including engaged living and nonliving objects, their goals, and exact figures. The interface shows which people are needed now, in 1, 5, 10, and 30 years for which processes and segments (with reorientation scenarios as processes evolve).
This enables each person to choose processes, segments, guidelines, goals, or goal hierarchies for 1, 5, 10, 30+ years, as well as annual life microprocesses (life fulfillment), to determine where the open system will direct them and what life it will provide. People can change all settings or only their life microprocess once a year — helping maintain life interest amid predetermination.
Once a person selects settings, the open impact system selects encoding, scenarios, algorithms, modulation, etc., and generates a stimulation program for the chosen period. It then maintains a cycle of observation, modeling, design, planning, programming, and stimulation — correcting the stimulation program relative to changes in others’ programs.
For example, using the open system with a simple interface, a person can select the goal of becoming a top-level microsurgeon, choose a life fulfillment of a beautiful young wife, a large apartment with a gorgeous view, sports car, and so on. The open system then reshapes the environment so their success accelerates without hindering others.
When a person chooses their life, their action effectiveness increases over 12 times just from that choice. Yet choosing their life without system guidance is very difficult, mastered by less than 0.03% of people; hence, the interface must help everyone easily choose the life they want.
The visual interface will also foster uniting and organizing people to collaboratively create, develop, service, and adjust all environment processes. This requires building a single fundamental process — collective formation of the required future environment state — to which the open system will direct all people.
A unified fundamental process enabling creation, development, servicing, and adjustment of any other processes implies a multilevel conveyor production of results (over 20 levels), where a single idea stream is evaluated, discussed, filtered, and best ideas turned into concepts, projects, prototypes, and final solutions. The open system then generates programs and grants people access to create, develop, service, or adjust the added process — considering everyone’s interests, not only the majority’s.
Such a process evolves and is adjusted based on data; people can specify, critique, propose, and vote on adjustments from the interface. Process servicing operates in the interface’s collaborative section through task execution.
The open impact system will evaluate all living and nonliving objects and reactions — and, based on this, the quantity and quality of all results, including minor ones like “changing a sheet of paper from position X to Y”. It can thus assess each person’s contribution to humanity’s development.
For example, a person using 89% of their intellect over 360 days contributed 2,874 complex results to the “first smartphones for space use” process, spending 49% of their time on productive actions and 42% on recovery — representing 1.1% contribution to process development, 0.021% to their country’s development, and 0.000037% to humanity (graduated detail possible). Process importance is evaluated by influence on transitioning the environment to the required future state: the higher the influence percentage, the more important the process and the person.
Given many variables, the open system’s interface may offer detailed statistics and classifications, e.g., “mid-level advisor” or “high-level architect”. Using such data, the system can assign and transfer objectively fair compensation calculated by a known formula — potentially increasing new job types substantially.
For example, it will become possible to evaluate contributions of homemakers, bloggers, commentators, and other undervalued people whose work significantly impacts varied processes — not assessable by people but easily by the impact system. For instance, an engineer designing new-spacecraft remotely significantly impacts humanity’s development, supported by his wife providing complex conditions maintaining high productivity. The open system separately accounts for both contributions and allocates payments accordingly, automating such assessments.
With access to precise data, people gain more accurate ideas to create, develop, service, and adjust processes. Freed from spending time on third-level processes, they can start working on first- and second-level processes immediately, receiving quick, quality feedback and optimal implementation upon success.
Processes losing influence on the future environment state will gradually reduce involved people’s contributions, becoming less important, and the open system will reassign those people to more important processes in advance.
The open system will also balance all processes for fairness:
Fairness is the proportional ratio of actions of party A to the actions of party B (actions versus counteractions).
Fairness example:
As a result of simultaneous actions:
-
- Action of party A caused party B: 50% damage;
- Action of party B caused party A: 50% damage.
Such a fairness ratio (varies if actions are not simultaneous).
Unfairness example:
As a result of simultaneous actions:
-
- Action of party A brought party B: 70% benefit;
- Action of party B brought party A: 30% benefit.
Such a ratio is unfair to party A (varies if actions are not simultaneous).
Since everything is precisely calculated, fairness — based on living/nonliving objects and reactions evaluations — is also precisely calculated.
Gradually, all environment processes will reorganize maximizing fairness throughout — rendering laws unnecessary.
For example, if a person produces required quality results warranting promotion, the open system will propose their promotion to adjust the process; if other participants confirm, the system executes it. If not confirmed but deserved, the system rebalances processes favoring the unfairly treated person and lowers the fairness rating of participants blocking the promotion — preventing restriction of fair people and the open system and shifting balance toward unfair people.
Since the open system can balance processes for fairness and everyone will know its principles, people will have no choice but to jointly build the future. Responsibility shifting, blame, and injustice accusations will fade; people will focus on building better lives — as all tools will be fully theirs, and outcomes depend solely on them.
Thus, people will begin influencing the impact system’s operation, enabling direct, unrestricted society collaboration on environment processes, instantly visualizing work results numerically and environmentally — more precisely shaping the future.
Over time, entropy will be removed from all processes, freeing up to 92% of resources the open system will redirect to boost productivity for creating, developing, servicing, and adjusting first- and second-level processes. Broad opportunities will enable rapid assembly of simple specialized and complex multifunctional teams, engaging people with rare experience, thinking, and reaction sets across many projects — making process work maximally flexible, fast, and quality — almost in real time.
Some clarifications…
Currently, working in closed mode, the impact system must direct processes expanding its possibilities; thus, improving all people’s efficiency narrows closed system possibilities. With an open impact system, third-level processes and confidentiality become unnecessary and eventually vanish; first- and second-level processes will be reorganized, changing people’s mental conditions “expanding the environment” to the entire universe. Since population remains constant, efficiency gains become necessary, accelerating creation, development, servicing, and adjustment velocity and quality of all first- and second-level processes and humanity’s overall development (and thus its cosmic spread).
Special services can shift focus from first-level encoding to the more honorable, directly mandated task of safeguarding open system inviolability. They will create distributed secure server networks providing access to the visual interface, ensuring operability without interference and intercepting any external interference attempts. They will build a transparent organizational maintenance structure supporting effective care and preventing control seizure, eventually enabling minimal-interference systemic service — fully safe for all people. Thus, special services will transition the impact system from closed to open mode — comparable to saving the world from an impending global catastrophe — and their conscious actions can be regarded as leading the world to a new epoch.
The country that first makes its closed impact system open instantly becomes the ideological global leader achieving the greatest citizen freedom in human history. By officially explaining the open system’s usage features worldwide, the country draws citizens’ attention in other states to their governments’ use of closed impact systems. Highlighting this “technological dictatorship”, dissatisfaction with continued closed system use will gradually mount. The situation may destabilize so much civil war emerges, giving the open system country additional influence on other states’ processes. Second, third, fourth, and further countries cannot attain the same advantages as they would be forcibly exposed amid looming civil war threats, becoming followers. For this reason, sooner or later, some state will inevitably open its closed impact system.
As mentioned, transitioning the impact system from closed to open mode renders third-level processes, confidentiality, most government services (including overt special services), laws, moral struggles, and more unnecessary — enabling everyone to precisely see, understand, and therefore influence events, not only special services. Countries disclosing their systems will restructure first- and second-level processes faster, redirecting and accelerating their development, increasing autonomy and authority over states retaining closed systems and boosting their role in forming a multiplanetary civilization — engaging all humanity.
If everyone can use the open system to choose and create the life they want, ideologically it will feel friendlier and be termed a transformation system.
The open impact system enables a more democratic society that can self-organize to build any world. Since everyone must participate in building the new world, predescribing it is pointless — the new world will result from society’s collaborative work considering all interests (ignoring this leads narrow groups imposing limits on the world).
Since development is expansion of influence, in such a free world humanity will most likely focus on becoming a multiplanetary civilization. However much humanity tries to restrain its cosmic mastery, internal and external threats will continue pushing toward finding habitable planets as a species survival issue.
All main irritants align toward this goal, assembling combinations drawing people to space mastery preparation. As all social processes evolve toward strongest reactions, this direction will always hold highest priority in civilization development. So humanity will sooner or later reorient toward space colonization, creating many new processes enabling people to become pioneers and colonists of universe corners — avoiding killing in wars, giving people a chance to pass the difficult multiplanetary civilization formation phase. Shifting the development trajectory from expanding closed impact system possibilities to cosmic mastery enables humanity to create a truly different world.
New technologies appear by combining existing ones; the more advanced combined, the better new technologies arise. Optimizing the environment for cosmic mastery will accelerate advanced space-ready technology emergence. When humanity can combine perfected space technologies, development speed as a multiplanetary civilization will greatly increase. New technology generations enabling faster, farther, and more comfortable space travel, survival, atmosphere creation, colony and space hotel construction, convenient transport, gear, tools, medicine, food, weapons, and more will emerge.
Using the open impact system for society’s coordinated work makes gradual adaptation of all produced goods and services for space use possible — without extra costs, as first- and second-level process restructuring redistributes resources more economically. With products usable both on Earth and in space, production standards, quality, and durability will improve, reducing resource consumption to a minimum while forming algorithms for more efficient usage.
Even now, using the closed system, many organizations can create branches focused on space mastery technology development by slight structural changes. Ordinary bakeries, cafes, shops, auto services, sewing and weaving factories, software development studios, electronic equipment and transport plants, and many others can become future organizations researching and developing cosmic technologies. Employees get more motivation, engagement, and focus, improving marketing — and humanity gathers more data aiding space mastery.
A more advanced human management system and humanity’s cosmic spread will eventually make the economy resource-oriented.
If the development vector is not deliberately shifted now, transitioning the system from closed to open mode may never occur. The impact system will keep expanding possibilities with covert special services servicing it. But when people slowly shift toward space exploration, new processes will appear — including more ecological impact systems — and humanity will start reorienting to the multiplanetary civilization model even now.
This remains unrealized only because the impact system still operates closed, directing all processes solely to expanding itself. To usher a new epoch and build a new world, the impact system must open and guide all processes toward human-set goals.
