Special services

Not a conspiracy, but a method of operation.

The world is a totality of processes. People unite into organizations, each of which performs its task of creating, developing, servicing, or adjusting some process.

There are general and special processes. General processes support the life of society, while special processes direct the general ones. Therefore, government services are also divided into general and special. General services deal with general processes. Special services deal with special ones. It is precisely the type of process that determines whether a government service is general or special (within the framework of third-level processes).

Special services can be overt and covert. Overt special services are known to the public, while covert special services are known to almost no one. Moreover, covert special services are embedded into overt ones in such a way that employees of the overt special service are not aware of the existence of the covert one.

Covert special services influence processes through overt special and general services, as well as through ordinary people. In the 1960s, intermediate influence agents were used for impact — officials, actors, singers, musicians, athletes, and others. At that time, influence agents were aware that they were influence agents. In the modern world, however, only the impact system is used, which encodes everyone — including influence agents. Therefore, today influence agents are not aware that they are influence agents (except for some agents from overt special services).

Covert special services, using the impact system, always direct overt special and general services. In the world, there are no presidents, ministers, officials, officers, scientists, entrepreneurs, managers, actors, musicians, or even bloggers who are not directed by covert special services.

For example, covert special services, using the impact system, direct employees and agents of overt special services — even to organize mass protests and riots. Mainly, this is done to create the required mental conditions for officials and citizens to transition the environment into the required future state. To achieve something, protesters take to the streets. Meanwhile, officials begin to feel fear, which gradually increases. The impact system stimulates protesters to apply pressure and officials to tighten control. And in a fairly short period, through initiating reactions that promote adrenaline production, officials’ susceptibility to fear stimulation increases as they think their lives are threatened, protesters’ sense of superiority intensifies as they believe they influence political processes, and the impact system gains more opportunities for influence — that is, real power. At the same time, employees and agents of special services arrange in advance for nationalist, criminal, terrorist, or other violence-prone groups to be near the protest site. If a new combination arises whereby the situation gets out of police control and begins favoring the protest (this can be planned), special service employees and agents pit protesters against the prepared group for mutual suppression. To increase the significance and funding of mass protests, and to ensure false goals, special service employees engage well-known and financially secure people — politicians, actors, singers, musicians, athletes, businessmen, and others — which also creates the impression of a natural development of the process.

Without the impact system, even the internet would pose a threat to the constitutional order of every state, as many people would have the ability to quickly learn, unite, plan, and coordinate actions against structures of any scale. If such a threat really existed, special services would not facilitate the deployment of such complex infrastructure. And if they were mistaken, after the first such threat, the internet would have been completely shut down. But over the last 1,000 years, no covert special service has been defeated by the citizens of their states, indicating that they do not take actions that lead them into a dead end; on the contrary, all their actions always expand their possibilities (and those of the impact system). Therefore, the internet should be considered not as an invention of "free people," but as a technology directed by special services and part of the impact system.

Moreover, everything you see around is created and adjusted by covert special services. But it is developed and serviced by you — that is, society (with the help of the impact system).

Since people’s perceptions of special services’ methods are formed through books, films, computer games, as well as stories by overt special service employees, the real methods of covert special services are almost unknown to anyone. Meanwhile, the first “special service” (naturally with many qualifications) is considered to be people who more than 10,000 years ago began accumulating and using then-primitive impact technologies.

The application of early impact technologies was unsystematic but gradually became increasingly systemic. Religions, prophets, wars, agriculture, villages, money, laws, markets, monarchies, salaries, states, writing, institutions, pyramids, banks, sports, statistics, drugs, and much more appeared. And eventually, television, internet, messengers.

This does not mean that all of these were invented by the “special services” of that time. But they searched for and implemented technologies with which it was possible to intensify influence on people and make processes more manageable. This was necessary because technologies spread naturally very slowly. For example, people began gathering grains about 105,000 years ago but started planting them only 90,000 years later. Such technology diffusion speed was typical in all fields.

But special and general services of that time, gradually structuring environment processes to expand impact possibilities, accelerated technology dissemination. Therefore today — from initial research to mass applications — no more than 50 years pass. At the same time, technologies expanding impact possibilities spread, while those limiting them do not.

And if some new technologies have prospects for expanding impact possibilities but under the current environment condition limit these possibilities, the environment is restructured to enable the application of new technologies expanding impact possibilities.

Since only special services use the full system of technologies allowing them to manage environment processes, they are considered the most technological and influential organizations in the world.

Yet, an uninformed part of society still debates who holds the greatest influence — a country's president, a banker, a consultant, a military leader, or someone else. And every time, the “secret” management methods proposed in such debates are very naive.

Allegedly, some banker or consultant directs the president's actions and thus influences world processes. Or high-ranking officials belonging to secret societies agree to act in a particular way to achieve personal goals. But presidents and high-ranking officials have limited influence — they possess only administrative functions and are completely devoid of choice. For this reason alone, they cannot independently influence their country’s or the world’s processes. So, it is naive to think that directing the actions of presidents or high-ranking officials can influence world processes.

Besides, special services worldwide, to protect constitutional order, use not only lawful methods but also unlawful ones — drugs, murders, terrorism, wars, and more. Special services themselves create criminal and terrorist organizations, use them, and when necessary, eliminate them by pitting them against other criminal or terrorist organizations, or against the police, army, or special services of the required state. In these conflicts, not only criminals and terrorists die but also police officers, special service personnel, soldiers, and civilians. This means that special service methods, to preserve constitutional order in any state, imply actions with particular cruelty.

Yet, debate participants still believe that the world is governed by secret societies and influential individuals. Possessing erroneous thinking and lacking direct access to accurate information, officials, military personnel, distributed agent networks, and other resources somehow attempt to change the global processes that special services have built and protected for centuries. And supposedly “stupid and weak” special services fail to detect such influence agents to oppose them.

Meanwhile, thanks to the impact system, special services are well aware of all living objects’ actions and have broad opportunities to influence them. Thus, if individual people or secret societies arise that could limit special services’ influence — including presidents and high-ranking officials — they are eliminated. And if such individuals or societies already exist but have not been eliminated, it means the impact system uses them to create, develop, service, or adjust some environment processes.

Therefore, disputes about who holds the greatest influence constitute a long process created and maintained by the impact system. Such processes help retain many people in their positions (under control) and form erroneous thinking with false goals — Rockefellers, Rothschilds, Windsors, Ruperts, Gates, Schwab, Putin, Biden, the Pope, and many others. For each segment of people with already formed experience and thinking, their own false goal fits — their “most influential person”.

It is worth noting that special services can be internal and external. Internal special services handle their own states’ processes. External ones work with foreign processes. This means special services constantly operate on other countries' territories. But the main point is that internal special services of other countries are aware of this and all the more facilitate it.

Such interaction of special services is called cross-influence. Each special service builds many processes for cross-influence in other countries. This expands the possibilities of internal special services of all states. Thanks to this, they use additional opportunities to retain many people in their positions (under control), forming erroneous thinking with false goals that create new or adjust existing processes.

The most common example is the presence of an external enemy. For this, special services in their countries create processes that confirm their own country as an enemy to some other state — harsh statements by their politicians, demands and ultimatums, restrictions on public and commercial organizations, agent arrests, military exercises near borders, local wars, and much more.

This allows special services — not only of their own country but also of other countries — to expand impact opportunities on their citizens. When an armed conflict looms, there is an opportunity to create and adjust processes limiting citizens’ rights and freedoms. At the same time, the portion of citizens most aggressive toward their government is redirected toward the external enemy and sent to the combat zone to increase patriotism or for elimination.

Also, special services of one country facilitate the outflow of their citizens, while special services of another country, conversely, facilitate the inflow of these citizens as labor migrants. This allows having people of different nationalities and religions in a single state’s territory, which are easier to provoke into opposing each other. If aggressive moods in the state reach a critical level, special services will direct the aggression vector toward a group of people of a different nationality or religion, removing the target from government services and their families.

Sometimes, there are "absurd leaks" supposedly showing that special service methods are "outdated," but in reality, everything is the opposite. Since special services operate secretly, no one would ever learn about their operations if they did not conduct operations with prepared “failures”. Such operations are usually carried out to encode a large number of people at once, producing their fear reactions and contributing to the emergence of restraining behavior algorithms. Thus, special service failures are merely a method of disclosing information about successfully conducted operations for internal and cross-influence.

Also, when special services of foreign countries do not create enough processes for cross-influence, the special services of their own country independently prepare and carry out assassinations, terrorist acts, military invasions, or the like. And employees of special services do not need to negotiate in advance, as these are common special service methods worldwide.

Moreover, each elimination of a citizen of any country on the territory of another state is carried out with full cooperation of special services of the state where they are located — or by their employees or agents.

Special services of all states are in constant interaction with each other as if they were a single organization with many departments (countries) and divisions (states, regions, districts) managing all world processes. But because of their particular activity specifics, it always seems from the outside that special services of different states oppose each other. Well, this is another built-in error — it is supposed to be that way. Otherwise, process involvement would be weaker, thinking more accurate, goals would cease to be false, and there would be a threat to the lives and health of special service employees, their families, and relatives.

The number of special service employees is usually estimated by official staff lists. Although employees of covert special services and most agents are not on these lists. But there is a rule: if an overt special service has about 10,000 official employees, together with its closed part and agents, there will be more than 1 million. If there are several special services in a state, this number increases to the number of all officials, a significant part of military personnel, police officers, as well as government, public, and commercial organizations with secrecy, security, analytical, technical, HR, legal, and some other departments (which employ employees or agents of internal special services). Consequently, in each state, employees and agents of special services constitute 10–30% of the population. Thus, on territories of 256 states and possessions, there are 800 million to 2.4 billion employees and agents of overt and covert internal and external special services. Meanwhile, those aware that they are employees or agents of special services do not exceed 15%. Therefore, worldwide, fully aware employees and agents working in the interests of special services number from 80 to 360 million.

Such scale has become possible thanks to the use of the impact system with the constant expansion of impact possibilities.

For this reason, special services are considered not only the most technological and influential organizations in the world but also the largest. Special services are involved in all processes and not only influence them but also gain financial profit in the most profitable areas — drug trafficking, human trafficking, arms trade, wars, and others.

Since such processes expand impact possibilities, someone must support them. But money obtained from servicing such processes will provide opportunities for creating competing impact systems. Therefore, by servicing the most profitable processes through their agents, special services maintain processes while simultaneously limiting the spread of resources that could be used for competing impact on environment processes.

To reduce threats to the lives and health of their employees, agents, and their families, covert special services use not only false goals but also overt special services. Thanks to overt special services, the environment is filled with information about their lawful activities, covering for illegal activities. Therefore, ordinary people are confident that special services engage in maintaining law and order and fighting special services of other countries.

And all this looks so boring to make it more interesting to engage in something else. Therefore, people become acquainted with specially prepared special service “failures” (including “leaks”) but deeply analyze their activities rarely. And even less so connect them with the emergence of various destructive processes — including alcoholism, drug addiction, crime, terrorism, wars, epidemics, and more.

Enough false goals have already been created during the lawful activities of overt special services to ensure that lengthy processes discussing false culprits never end!

But it is important to understand that...

On the one hand: each individual special service employee performs only a limited range of tasks, which does not allow them to see what is happening as it really is.

On the other hand: all employees are partially aware of the particularly cruel methods used by special services to protect the constitutional order against their citizens — which means against them too (including their families).

Therefore, all special service employees can act only within the structure and rules formed over years by the most technological, numerous, and influential organizations in the world.

Many employees were the first to stand up to change special service methods and launch a new epoch — without unjustified mass violations of citizens' rights and freedoms, poverty, diseases, murders, wars, epidemics, and more.

Moreover, the impact systems used by covert special services, encoding citizens of all states, encode special service employees and agents to the greatest extent. For it is their encoding at the first level that the impact system uses. This makes their independent actions almost impossible.

However, thanks to the impact system, special services worldwide have already achieved their greatest influence. And this has allowed, even in the last 100 years, to significantly raise the level, quality, and duration of life for many people on the planet.

Yes — not everyone! But despite using the most advanced methods available today, in absolute terms, these methods are still insufficiently perfect.
